First run in the NB MT00s

I probably should have gotten on the bike today instead of running, since the temps were well in the 50s, but I ended up running the local trails instead and took the MT00s out for their first run. I’m not sure I would call these trail shoes, unless your trails are well maintained farm or carriage roads. The shoes have virtually no protection, so they are fine on grass, dirt roads, or other smooth trails, but if you throw rocks or roots into the mix, forget it. I went out for a little more than 4 miles of admittedly rugged trails and my feet got abused. That doesn’t mean they aren’t an option for American Zofingen, but maybe for just the first lap.
